Buying before listening. A friend just told me he heard it and liked it, and I was not aware they had released anything new since ‘93. Gotta show my support for Bay Area thrash metal. Their 1988 debut Eternal Nightmare is one of the best thrash albums to come out of the original scene. Their ‘later’ stuff didn’t have the punch of the debut, largely due to the vocals, the merits of which are debated to this day. I’m in the LOVE THE FUCKING DEBUT VOCALS camp. Let’s see what they’ve done now…

I absolutely love the harpsichord concertos by Johann Sebastian Bach. Never thought I'd live to see the day to hear such an excellent metal version and headbanging away to a masterwork by Bach. Well done, guys, really love this one!

It's Dvne, always so much to love with anything they release. Omega Severer is just absolutely incredible, and Of Blade and Carapice is a wonderful re-recording from their Aurora Majesty EP. Dvne proved themselves to be geniuses of the progressive/sludge genre with Asheran, and it's nice to hear that they continue to impress in sound, scape, and musicianship.
